BBQ party

Dear members,

Our last meeting went well yesterday. Several major issues regarding the BBQ party were ironed out and we're all set to go.

As we mentioned earlier, the club is collecting the money for the BBQ in advance in order to finance the purchasing of the foodstuff. Could all the people interested in joining the party please make your payment (RM12) at one of the venues below. (We are unable to accept on-the-spot payments on the BBQ day as we are buying the food in advance.) Please meet out treasurers at:

Nobody else is authorised by the president to collect money on behalf of Leader's Club so please do not make any payments to anyone else who says they can. Also, make sure that Kavita and Jun Yi take down your name, contact number and student ID.
