AGM - A Brief Report

Our AGM was held last Friday, 6th February 2009 at 1530 hours. Kavindiran, who was the emcee for the meeting started off the meeting with a short video introducing the club to the new members. We then moved on to a brief history of the club and an introduction of the outgoing board of committee members.

The following is the new committee selected by the previous committee to carry their respective posts for the next term:

Deputy Secretary: Haslina Hanif

We also had elections for a few vacant posts, namely Marketing Director I and II, SAM Representative, ICPU Representative and ADP Representative. And the following are the results of the elections:

The AGM followed with a building of two subcommittee groups for our next upcoming event, which is a BBQ Party and the Intercollege Pool Tournament 2009.
