Meeting

Dear members,

we are going to have a meeting on the following date and time.

Date : 2/2/07 (Friday)
Time : 2.15pm
Venue: C 9

The purpose of having this meeting is:
1)to introduce each other
2)to select committee members

Members who are unable to attend the meeting must reply through leaders.club@yahoo.com by 1/1/07 and state your own particulars and reasons for not attending the meeting.

Members who do not attend the meeting will not have the rights to vote for commitee member or be a commitee member.
